In the graduate class Influencers and Innovators: Characteristics of Transformative Leadership, I read the book The Fifth Discipline: The Art & Practice of The Learning Organization by Peter M. Senge.

Afterward, I analyzed a hypothetical issue within an organization that followed the growth and underinvestment system archetype introduced in the book. After a thorough overview of the situation, I proposed a solution to the systematic issue.
